1.1 I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Polestar Dynamic Drive Experience (“the Experience”).
1.2 I understand that the Experience consists of instructor-supervised dynamic driving exercises conducted on controlled areas of Mallory Park Racing Circuit, together with a guided road test drive conducted under normal road traffic conditions.
1.3 I acknowledge that the Experience is a structured vehicle demonstration event and does not constitute racing, competitive driving, drifting or high-speed track driving.
1.4 I understand that all vehicles used during the Experience are owned and supplied by Paul Rigby Limited for demonstration purposes.
2.1 I acknowledge that driving or riding in motor vehicles, even under supervision and at controlled speeds, carries inherent risks.
2.2 These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Loss of vehicle control
- Mechanical or electrical failure
- Collision with vehicles, objects, or persons
- Surface, weather, or environmental changes
- The actions or omissions of other participants or third parties
2.3 I understand that these risks may result in injury, illness, property damage, or in rare circumstances serious injury or death.
3.1 I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Experience, whether known or unknown.
3.2 I acknowledge that instruction, supervision, planning, and safety controls reduce but do not eliminate risk.
4.1 I confirm that I hold a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicles being demonstrated and that I am legally permitted to drive in the United Kingdom.
4.2 I confirm that I am medically fit to participate and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair my ability to drive safely.
4.3 I agree to follow all instructions provided by instructors, event staff, and Product Specialists.
4.4 I understand that failure to comply with safety instructions may result in my participation being terminated immediately.
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge:
- Solenza Group Ltd
- Paul Rigby Limited
- Polestar Automotive Holdings UK PLC
- Real Motorsport Ltd
- Their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives
(collectively referred to as “the Released Parties”) from liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Experience.
5.2 This release applies to claims arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.
5.3 Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
6.1 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- My negligent or reckless conduct
- Damage caused by my failure to follow instructions
- Injury to third parties resulting from my actions
