1. Acknowledgement of Risk

1.1 I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a Solenza experience (the “Experience”), which may include driving or riding in high-performance vehicles, ice driving, track driving, road tours, and associated activities.

1.2 I acknowledge that driving and riding in high-performance vehicles is an inherently dangerous activity and carries risks beyond those encountered in ordinary road use.

1.3 I understand that the risks associated with the Experience include, but are not limited to:

• collision with vehicles, objects, or persons • loss of control or mechanical failure • adverse weather, surface, or environmental conditions • the actions or omissions of other participants or third parties • serious injury, permanent disability, or death

1.4 I acknowledge that these risks may arise whether or not caused by negligence and that my participation in the Experience is entirely voluntary

2. Assumption of Risk

2.1 I acknowledge and accept that participation in the Experience involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated even with reasonable care, planning, instruction, or supervision.

2.2 I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3. Waiver & Release of Liability

3.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Solenza Group Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, partners, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Experience.

3.2 This waiver applies to any claim arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise.

3.3 Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

4. Indemnity

4.1 I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, actions, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with my actions or omissions during the Experience, including damage to vehicles, property, or injury to third parties.

5. Third-Party Providers

5.1 I acknowledge that elements of the Experience may be provided by third parties and that Solenza does not control their acts or omissions.

5.2 I accept that risks arising from third-party providers form part of the Experience.

6. Luggage & Personal Property

6.1 I give permission for Solenza to transport, handle, or arrange the transfer of my luggage and personal property as part of the Experience.

6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Solenza from any responsibility or legal liability for loss, theft, or damage to my luggage or personal property, whether arising during transport, storage, or handling.

6.3 I acknowledge that Solenza is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party providers including hotels, transport operators, or other service providers.

6.4 I declare that my luggage and personal property do not contain illegal items or substances and do not require declaration to customs or other authorities.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
